Primary Applications :

Medical/Pharmaceutical: It acts as a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the airways and suppressing the airways’ response to stimuli. It is primarily used to treat symptoms of:
- Asthma
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Chronic Bronchitis
Laboratory Research: Used as a reference standard in chromatography (HPLC/GC) or in biochemical assays to study phosphodiesterase inhibition.
Biological Effects: It acts as a competitive non-selective phosphodiesterase inhibitor and an adenosine receptor antagonist.

Theophylline Anhydrous 99% Extrapure is a high-purity (≥99%) anhydrous form of theophylline ((C₇H₈N₄O₂), acting as a white crystalline, odorless powder used primarily as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), in laboratory research, and for pharmaceutical formulations. It is a methylxanthine derivative used to treat respiratory diseases like asthma. Tertutup sangat rapat. Kering. Simpan di tempat yang berventilasi baik. Simpan dalam tempat terkunci atau di tempat yang hanya bisa dimasuki oleh orang-orang yang mempunyai kualifikasi atau berwenang.
